Color of The Week – Purple

Now that Winter is here and color tends to be hard to come by, I’m already thinking of Spring. If you are ever in Richmond VA in the springtime, make it a point to take a walk through the Azalea Gardens at Bryan Park.

This is a Persian Shield. I love the color! Sadly, it is a plant that needs humidity, something I don’t have anymore.
