October 23rd – National Boston Cream Pie Day

I wanted to avoid buying a Boston Cream Doughnut at Dunkin Donuts so I decided to make some cupcakes from scratch. Found a recipe for four cupcake. Perfect! They turned out great…..but one thing lead to another and I made homemade Boston Baked Beans and Homemade New England Style Hot Dog Buns too!
